These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the CitizenBridge Foundation website and all related grant application services. By submitting an application or using our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.
To be considered for a CitizenBridge grant, all of the following must apply at the time of application:
Applications must be completed in full using accurate and truthful information. CitizenBridge Foundation reserves the right to request additional documentation or verify any information provided at any stage. All decisions made by CitizenBridge Foundation are final and binding.
Recipients must use disbursed funds exclusively for the purpose stated in their application. CitizenBridge Foundation may request evidence of fund usage within 12 months of disbursement. Misuse of grant funds, including fraud or misrepresentation, will result in disqualification and recovery of funds.
CitizenBridge Foundation does not charge any fee at any stage of the application, review, or disbursement process. Grant funds are disbursed directly to approved applicants at no cost. If anyone requests payment from you in connection with a CitizenBridge grant, this constitutes fraud — report it immediately to security@citizenbridge.org.
Your personal data — including identity documents, tax information, and bank details — is collected solely for the purpose of processing your application and disbursing funds. All data is stored with AES-256 encryption. We do not sell, lease, or share your personal data with any third party without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
By uploading identity documents, you confirm they belong to you, are genuine, have not been altered, and are currently valid. Submission of fraudulent documents constitutes a criminal offence and will be reported to the relevant national law enforcement authorities without notice.
All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, and page designs — is the exclusive intellectual property of CitizenBridge Foundation and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part without prior written authorisation.
CitizenBridge Foundation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website. Our total aggregate liability to any individual shall not exceed the total value of any grant disbursed to that individual.
CitizenBridge Foundation reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
